Workshops

The workshops take place in my studio in Nová Cvernovka, Račianska 78, Bratislava - Nové Mesto. They are designed for adults, for 1 or 2 people, or for small groups.

No. My workshops are designed for adults; we work with sharp tools and use fire for soldering while working with silver. For this reason, the workshops are not suitable for children, without exception, even when accompanied by a parent.

At the silver jewelry making workshop, we focus primarily on the following techniques: cutting, bending and shaping, hammering, filing, sanding, letter stamping, and soldering.

We do not perform casting at the workshops, as this is a more advanced technique and my workshops are focused on the basics.

In the bronze clay jewelry making course, the jewelry is hand-sculpted in the first part, and after firing, it is sanded, polished, and finished. A more detailed description of the technique as well as a video from the course can be found in the description of the course itself.

We do not work with gold at our workshops.

If you are looking for a creative group activity for a special occasion – a birthday, team building, or bachelor/bachelorette party – you can book a private group workshop with us.
We will tailor the workshop based on our availability, and you can draw inspiration from our currently offered courses.

The price includes the rental of tools, materials, and expert guidance. If you have any special requirements (e.g., photography, decorations), let me know and I will do my best to accommodate them.

Don't forget to include your preferred date, the number of people (max. 8), and any other relevant information.
I recommend contacting me at least a month in advance. If you are interested in a program for a group larger than the one stated, you will need to provide the space at your own expense.

Withdrawal from the contract and refund When booking a private workshop, the customer and the organizer (atelier objectora s.r.o.) mutually agree on a date that suits both parties.
The booking is binding upon payment. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of payment, provided the workshop has not yet taken place.
If the customer withdraws from the contract within 14 days of payment and the workshop has not yet started, the money will be refunded via the same payment method within 14 days of receipt of the request.
After 14 days from payment, it is not possible to withdraw from the contract and request a refund, unless the organizer and the customer agree otherwise.

Change or cancellation of the date by the customer
Changing the date more than 14 days before the workshop – the customer can arrange a new date free of charge.
Changing the date 7 to 14 days before the workshop – rescheduling to a different date is possible, but only once. If the customer reschedules the workshop repeatedly, the participation is forfeited without compensation.
Changing the date less than 7 days before the workshop – is not possible; the participation is forfeited without compensation. Exceptions are made for serious reasons (e.g., illness, unforeseeable circumstances), which are decided by the organizer on an individual basis.
If the customer does not show up for the agreed workshop without prior arrangement, the participation is forfeited without compensation.

Important: In the event that the workshop begins before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, you must provide your explicit consent that you wish for the service (participation in the workshop) to begin before the 14-day period expires and acknowledge that in such a case, you lose your right to withdraw from the contract.

Cancellation or rescheduling of the workshop by the organizer
If the workshop must be cancelled by the organizer (e.g., due to illness, unforeseeable circumstances), the customer will be offered the option of:
rescheduling to a different date, a refund of 100% of the paid amount.
If the workshop date is changed by the organizer and the new date does not suit the customer, the customer has the right to a refund of 100% of the paid amount.

Validity of the workshop booking
A purchased voucher for a private workshop must be used within 6 months of the date of payment. After this period, the booking expires without any entitlement to a refund.
The customer is responsible for arranging the workshop date with the organizer in a timely manner.

Transferring the workshop to another person
The purchased workshop can be transferred to another person, provided that the customer informs the organizer of this change in advance and provides the contact details of the new person (name, e-mail, and/or phone number).
The organizer reserves the right to refuse the workshop if the change is not reported in time or if the new person does not meet the participation requirements (e.g., age restrictions, etc.). A change of participant must be notified no later than 48 hours before the workshop date.

Withdrawal from the contract and refund
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of payment, provided the workshop has not yet taken place.
If the customer withdraws from the contract within 14 days of payment and the workshop has not yet started, the money will be refunded using the same payment method within 14 days of receiving the request.
After 14 days from payment, it is not possible to withdraw from the contract and request a refund, unless the organizer and the customer agree otherwise.

• 14 days or more before the workshop – by way of withdrawal from the contract as stated above, a 100% refund of the paid price. 
  
• cancellation 10 to 14 days before the workshop - a 100% refund of the paid price. The customer may agree with the organizer to attend on a different date if possible. The customer may also, upon agreement with the organizer, transfer their paid slot to another person (see below).
• cancellation 5 to 9 days before the workshop – a 50% refund of the paid price. The customer may agree with the organizer to attend on a different date if possible. The customer may also, upon agreement with the organizer, transfer their paid slot to another person (see below).
  
• cancellation less than 5 days before the workshop – participation is forfeited without compensation. The customer may agree with the organizer to attend on a different date if possible. The customer may also, upon agreement with the organizer, transfer their paid slot to another person (see below).
  If the customer does not show up for the workshop, participation is forfeited without compensation.

Important: In the event that the workshop starts before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, you must provide your explicit consent that you wish for the performance (participation in the workshop) to begin before the 14 days have elapsed and that you acknowledge that in such a case, you lose the right to withdraw from the contract.
