FAQs

I work with various types of wood to create my objects, including oak, linden, maple, and spruce. However, I most often use American and European walnut, along with brass.

Some of my jewelry is made from brass, complemented by stainless steel components for better durability and wearability. Since 2024, I have also been working with precious metals like silver and gold, as well as gemstones and pearls. As a result, I am gradually expanding my collection to include more fine jewelry crafted from these materials.

All objects and jewelry are crafted in my studio and workshop in Bratislava, Slovakia.

However, for certain designs—especially those created using the lost wax casting technique (such as the Venus pieces and some designs from the Wild Waters collection)—I collaborate with small artisan workshops in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Even for these pieces, the final finishing touches and detailing take place in my studio, ensuring each piece carries my personal craftsmanship and vision.

Custom manufacturing is a very common choice of my customers, all information about the process can be found in the Custom section

If you are interested in a piece of jewelry or an object from an older collection that you don't see in the offer, send me an email, I will be happy to make it for you.

My creative process is deeply personal and driven by stories, emotions, and ideas, not by trying to create something that already exists. I do not work with provided reference images from other designers or copy existing designs.

No, custom-made products or those specifically created based on a client’s request cannot be returned. However, I consult with clients throughout the process to ensure their satisfaction, allowing room for adjustments and minor modifications.

If we are working remotely and you cannot see the product in person before shipping, I will send you photos for approval. For jewelry that requires precise sizing (such as bangles, rings, etc.), I will provide instructions on how to measure correctly.

If, after receiving the product, you find that minor adjustments are needed, we can discuss possible modifications, and I will accommodate your request if feasible. However, if the custom-made product arrives with a defect or damage, we will follow the standard complaint procedure: I will either fix the issue, or replace the item.

At the moment, I ship all orders exclusively via postal services or Packeta. My schedule does not allow for individual order pickups.

If you would like to see a product in person, we can arrange a studio visit by appointment over the phone. However, purchases are currently only possible online. You can also find selected products in physical stores—please check the list of stockists above.

Cleaning: Brass and silver jewelry may oxidize or change color over time. You can restore its shine using appropriate cleaning agents—please refer to the Jewelry Care section for detailed instructions.

Repairs: All jewelry should be handled with care, especially delicate, gold-plated, or pearl-adorned pieces. However, I understand that you want to wear your favorite piece as often as possible, and accidents happen. If your jewelry needs a repair, please reach out—I will do my best to restore it if possible.

Note: I only repair and polish jewelry made in my studio. I do not modify or repair jewelry purchased elsewhere.

All currently available workshops and courses are listed in theWorkshopssection. If you do not see any available listings or the section itself, it means that workshops are not open for registration at this time. Stay tuned for updates!
