Shipping

Your order will be shipped via Slovenská Pošta (delivered by your local Post office) or to a Packeta pick-up point (if available in your country).

Note: The Packeta pickup point selection will only be displayed after the order has been completed and paid, as the Shopify platform, which powers this online store, does not support displaying this window in the cart.

Postage and packaging prices:

Slovak Post registered mail within Slovakia - €4

Packeta within Slovakia - €4.50

Packeta to the Czech Republic  €5.50

Postage to other countries within Europe

Slovak Post registered mail - €10

Postage to other countries outside Europe

Slovak Post registered mail - €19

Orders with a value over €100 are sent as insured package.

Products marked as "in stock" are dispatched within three business days after payment is received. For "made-to-order" items, an estimated production time is provided, but this may vary depending on demand (e.g., Christmas, holidays, sales). If you have any questions regarding delivery times, feel free to contact me via email.

Delivery within Slovakia typically takes 1-3 business days. Shipping to neighboring countries takes 5-10 days, within Europe up to 30 days, and outside of Europe a maximum of 60 days. Actual delivery time depends on the carrier, and delays may occur especially during holidays.

Orders outside the EU: Prices do not include customs duties or taxes. Any additional charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Packaging

Every order is carefully packed in a sturdy cardboard box with protective filling and tissue paper.
Jewelry is placed in a gift box and then packed in a cardboard box. Insured shipments are additionally secured with a plastic cover that cannot be opened without damage.

I try to use mostly recyclable packaging and aim to minimize plastic waste. If you find plastic filling (e.g., bubble wrap) in your package, rest assured it is reused – I never purchase new plastic filling for packaging. If you receive a package from me sealed with regular tape instead of paper tape, it's just because I forgot to restock 😅

Each shipment includes an information leaflet about the brand, jewelry care, and possibly details about the specific collection.
