Shipping policy

Shipping

Due to EU legislative requirements regarding Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) and Packaging (PPWR), I am currently only shipping orders within the European Union to Slovakia and the Czech Republic. As an author and small independent creator, it is currently not within my capabilities, administratively or financially, to ensure compliance with these requirements in every single EU member state. For this reason, I have had to choose to limit shipping orders within the European Union to Slovakia and the Czech Republic only.

• PLEASE NOTE: Delivery to the Czech Republic is temporarily unavailable - delivery will be resumed as soon as we have confirmed registration in the EKO-KOM system.

I ship orders via Slovak Post or to Packety delivery points.

Note: The choice of Packeta delivery point will only be displayed after the order is completed and paid for, as the Shopify platform, through which this e-shop is created, does not support displaying this window in the cart.

Postage and packaging prices:

Slovak Post registered mail to Slovakia - €4

Packeta within Slovakia - €4.50

Packeta to the Czech Republic - €5.50

Postage to other countries outside Europe 

Slovak Post - €19

Orders with a value over €100 are sent as insured shipments.

Products marked "in stock" are shipped within three business days of receiving payment. Products marked "made to order" have an estimated production time, which may vary depending on current demand (e.g. during Christmas, holidays or sales). If you have questions about delivery times, do not hesitate to contact me by email.

Delivery within Slovakia and the Czech Republic usually takes 1-5 business days. To countries outside Europe, a maximum of 60 days. However, the actual delivery time depends on the carrier, especially during holidays there may be delays.

Orders outside the EU: Product prices and shipping costs do not include customs duties and taxes. Any additional fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Packaging

Each order is carefully packed in a sturdy cardboard box with padding and tissue paper.
The jewelry is placed in a gift box and then packed in a cardboard box. Insured shipments are additionally secured with plastic wrap that cannot be opened without damage.

I use recyclable packaging and try to minimize plastic waste. If you find plastic padding in the package (e.g. bubble wrap), it is recycled material - I never buy new plastic padding for packaging. If you receive a package from me with regular tape instead of paper tape, it's because I forgot to restock 😅

Each package also includes an information leaflet about the brand, jewelry care and the collection.
